The Ghislaine Maxwell case has three possible outcomes.

1. She cooperates, gets a favorable sentence, potential pardon. Deep State is destroyed.

2. She refuses, pleads innocent to the very end, spends the rest of her life in a brutal prison after a life of luxury. Will likely be assassinated. Deep State lives on.

3. She refuses, pleads innocent, and DOJ needs to coerce her into testifying. This is the most likely scenario, and judging from Trump's response, seems to be where we're at now.

So how does the DOJ coerce her into testifying? And how do they get a testimony before the election? If they prolong the trial, they run the risk of Biden winning and pardoning her. Well... they can't torture her (it's illegal and would invalidate any testimony), but they CAN threaten to transfer her to the high-risk prison where Epstein was assassinated, knowing that she currently fears for her life. That threat may scare her into testifying, but if the alternative is life in prison, does life really matter to her?

The DOJ has to offer her a deal. Potentially even a full pardon and a life in witness protection. Naturally, she has reasons to be skeptical. What's stopping the DOJ from arresting her again on additional charges? How can she trust the DOJ to protect her in witness protection? How does she know her prosecutors aren't Deep State?

She needs reassurance from Trump, and that's what Trump just did. He risked his reputation on international television to wish her well. He's indicating to her that he is willing to bring her onto his side and make a deal. Potentially a pardon.

It's the same sweet talk he puts on everybody he's negotiating favorably with. When it doesn't work, he gets nasty. But he always gets what he wants. And boy does he want her testimony on Biden. The election will be over within minutes.
