Starting to think it was a shot towards camera.

What if it was a shot to camera? Young Guns style. Director and cinematographer are perched behind the camera?

You never forget 1 and 2.

And there's the question.

1
eureka_stockade 1 point ago +1 / -0

But why was the barrel of a gun - real, prop or toy - pointed at something he wasn't happy to kill?

Neither of whom was an actor in a scene where he might have been expected to depress the trigger.

I imagine it's pretty hard to kill a cinematographer when the barrel of your stunt gun is pointing away from anything you don't want dead.

Prop guns kill regularly enough. There was a case in court in Australia recently - shot dead filming music video. And wasn't Bruce Lee also?

Man, the untapped talent in this place..

Alright, that's some good news. Utah's definitely at the top of the list, the place seems set apart. Had a friend move to SLC, she adored the place.

Righto - well, I'll see how many I can stuff in a suitcase I guess....

Avi is in Victoria. Hands down the worst place in the country. In the 90s they had a Conservative government and came good, but no more - bad socialist governments, big ties with the Chinese, corrupt - and clearly brutal - police, like nothing we've ever seen in this country before. No-one in Australia - who is not tuned in here, or to Rebel News etc - has any idea of what's happening there. I shove it in their faces, and they've seen none of it. Total mass media control, total blackout.

Aussie Cossack is in Sydney. It's better. They had a couple of big protests, and tellingly it was the migrants - like him - who stood up. Middle Australia stayed home and watched American TV.

And the rest of the country is - on the surface - basically normal. But it's the creeping totalitarian moves, boiling the frog, under the surface that scare the shit out of me. It's not even noticed by 90% of the country. It's a global push. Travel restrictions, "vaxx passports", home detention - but that's only a problem for those bad people who don't comply.

As I've said a bit lately, I always thought of my country as shelter from the storm - that place you'd want to be when the shit hits the fan. And now? It's a prison.

Ah, I'm game. How much worse than Queensland can it be?

I'm going to guess that the Canadian aborigines have been fed from the same poisoned well of marxist victimhood as have the Australian aborigines. The former Empire colonies just had it too good, for too long. If so, the difference between the Canadian and US sides of the border makes total sense.

They are. This one can only be kept going on government support.

This is Rupert Murdoch.

We have the worst press in creation, because that man and his family have a stranglehold.

2
eureka_stockade 2 points ago +2 / -0

It is. The spirit's gone. King5150 (above, in a few places) sums it up very well.

eureka_stockade 2 points ago +2 / -0

You could write this country's epitaph, King.

Same here. It's my immediate family only who I've managed to keep from the juice. Extended family are even jabbing the kids now. The whole country - bar 3% holdouts, perhaps - will be done by Christmas.

You see the Murdoch filth at the top of this post? That sewage is shoved down every Australian's throat, in every corner of the country, incessantly, day and night, forever.

You want to know what happened to this country? Consolidation of media ownership. I was in high-school when it happened - and the wise old heads were saying "this is very bad". Now here we are.

Bro, if we get through this, come anyway. Dodge the coppers, ignore the politicians, and enjoy yourself. Hit me up here on your way over, I'll have the beers and birds lined up for your arrival..

I'm a proud Australian. 7 generations since my convict forefathers were brought in chains from Ireland. And I support this statement.
