I knew a driver that for fired after they looked through their phone records and cross referenced the drive time with the time of the phone calls.
If you drive for WalMart get a family member you trust to get you another phone separate from the phone you gave them. They will search your records and fire for making calls or texts while driving voice only or not.

I did my four in the Navy, 12 hour days, 6 days a week, 6 hours on Sunday. Then general quarters drills twice weeks for another 4. We had some fun and some breaks here and there.
I would consolidate on one state. A purple one and completely take over. Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina.
Vacate California completely and let them wallow in their streets of poo.
And I mean completely take over every government political office and institution of one state. Make it an example of how good it could be with schools, US based manufacturing, universities, change the policies that put the citizens first.
