The path appears to be having enough of a debate with evidence between the Senate and Congress for each contested state that it forces a Contingent Election. In this event, each state gets 1 vote as per party lines. This would equate to a Trump win

I think the plan is to have the contested states objected and then neither candidate reaches 270. This forces a contingent election as per the constitution. This would then result in a Trump win.

Not dooming but the evidence needs to be presented to before the 6th. Trump isn’t allowed in and neither are his lawyers. The members of both chambers need to be fully briefed before the 6th. I hope this will occur.

I still don’t understand how the objections will work. From what I’ve read, the House and Senate will debate, but if the House votes to reject the objection then the original slate of electoral stand, which are for Biden.
The only path I see is if legislators this week, before the 6th, decertify their original slate or send an official certified slate for Trump to compete.
