It was completely obvious to me the millisecond I started watching, but Ive learned in life that people dont have the same eye or ear for things that I do. Even pointing things out that seem obvious, people will just shrug.

To explain further, the ticker is overlayed on the video before its streamed to youtube. If youtube fucked with it, that ticker would also stop moving. Its not added as a layer at youtube

And Im not saying youtube hasnt fucked with shit in the past, or this is above them, but the problems I am seeing on these streams are NOT youtube related. If the ticker at the bottoms keeps moving fine, and the stream is stopping behind it, it means the problem is closer to the ground, and the stream from these networks to youtube is working fine. Its literally impossible for youtube to do the issues we are seeing.

To everyone saying youtube is fucking with it, NO THEY ARENT. At first the video froze, but the audio kept going. Thats a local problem, like the cell network having problems. Now the feed from the place keeps freezing, but the ticker at the bottom keeps moving. That means the youtube stream is working fine. The problem is closer to the ground, not youtube.
