If these states are doing vote by mail, there should be some sort of requirement to confirm you live at the address you are getting the ballot sent to... aka a drivers license or photo Id.

The amount of diversity and inclusion BS in the workplace is irritating to me. Stop telling me we need to interview candidates that look like X Y and Z. I want the smartest candidate and who I think will be the best fit on my team. I dont care if they're blue, purple, from planet vulcan, etc. Are they intellectually curious? Can they work independently? Do they understand basic data visualizations?
