And New Mexico has no stand your ground law.
In states where there are no stand your ground laws, the grounds, typically, for a justifiable shooting are your duty to retreat, meaning you must be trying to avoid the situation or trying to get away. The attacker must be persistent (subjective).
They hit him with a skateboard and he pulled the gun and tried to get away as the crowd continued to follow and harass him. Then two attacked him. Maybe in a leftist hell hole, he's going to go to jail but as far as I can see, he's justified.
clearly it's the end. Checkmate drumpftards!
The silliest part is the guy with the fro is going to tell everyone how he worked really hard on 'agriculture' during the 'experiment.' He literally hammered cardboard on top of dirt.
I had read somewhere they threw dirt on cardboard and called it a community garden. I got duped by an early shoop so I didn't want to believe it. Can't fake that. Holy shit these fucking people aren't even larping, they're aspiring larpers.
repent? To whom? Angry mobs? kek
No. Wasn't it Paula Deen that first got the brunt of early cancel culture? "You said banned word 20 years ago!"

It is easier to fool people than to convince them they've been fooled - Twain.
I have said for the longest time, anyone involved in politics should not be able to have a single conversation that isn't recorded in some manner. You want to run for office? You consent to 24/7 monitoring of all electronics, mail, and bank transactions of you and your immediate family.
That basil looks very filing!
"All are welcome"
unless your'e a conservative.
Why was I not surprised to read Baltimore in the sentence? ...then again, I guess it could have been any of the blue hell holes.
That's a blind spot to you. Heat melts steel beams, bro. How do you think they're made? Work with a real oxy/acetylene torch for an hour or two and let experience break that fucking conspiracy theory for you.
You must be new. Why do you think the same six unknown and/or sketchy ass companies advertise with Rush or any other conservative radio show? Listening to Rush's show, you'd think we are all a bunch of tax cheats that suffer from erectile dysfunction trying to 'beat the stock market.'
Can't overtly call you a racist so they say you have implicit bias because of your skin color.
You can't make this stuff up.
This is exactly what I expect to happen.
Apparently these folks have never heard of a siege. Cut off water/food/plumbing, power and internet and they'll be pulling a lord of the flies before you know it.
Holy damn! If I lived in Michigan, i'd canvas signatures for that dude. Freaking congratulations!
Regulatory Bill of Rights says that the government should carry the burden of proving a violation of law
It is absolutely amazing...or maybe not considering you are guilty by accusation these days when it comes from the left... that we need a document to state this.
Regulations are often used by government to help the big guy and hurt the little guy. You'll find this quite a bit at the local level. Stossel, for a long time, has been doing regulation shows and at one point showed several instances local governments making regulations that favored one business and crippled others.
I'm not fat but like every adult male creeping up in age, I put on a few extra. 'On at the middle, off at the top,' as they say. A couple years ago, I started doing the Strong Lifts program and naturally put on muscle but bulking, I put on a bit of fat too. ...a big bit of fat.
I am doing Intermittent Fasting (16/8) with strict adherence as to how I break the fast (always high protein, low carb) and I throw a 20/4 and OMAD (one meal a day) in the mix every once in a while. This shit works. I love not being a slave to the 6am omelette and fat is melting off. I want to do a 72 hour fast, though. I want to do one bad but my wife would probably worry herself to death over it. My girlfriend seems cool with the idea, though.
Hawaii judge rules Terry Crews is a Russian.
So the update was "there was no criminality by the employees" but was there bleach in the drinks or not?
