I live in Switzerland. It is true, there are no minimum wage. BUT each guild union has an agreement to pay a minimum to the workers in their business. In that sense there are different minimum wages, but their are set in a way to not incentive the firing of swiss people in order to replace them with lower skilled workers that would ask for less.
