They fired their previous coach because they were an average middle of the pack SEC team. Grass isnt always greener

The Republican Party is not salvagable.

I have a similar story. I was a 10 year radio then television industry veteran. Had climbed the ladder and was mid senior management for a major broadcast company.

I got let go in December. They didn't give me a reason. I firmly demanded HR to tell me why I was being let go. They refused to answer. However they did buy out the rest of my contract and are paying me through March so I don't know if I got fired for cause or if this was budget cuts.

Either way, I am glad to finally be out of the industry. I had planned on leaving the industry in 2018, but my most recent company hired me at the end of 2018 with an offer I couldn't refuse. Also it allowed me to leave California. I now live in Nevada.

Glad to be out of the cesspit known as television. When I first started, yeah, national media was biased, but local news was still somewhat sane. Not so much the case anymore. Local news is just as bad as national news now.

It sucks because there are some really good people who work in the sales departments at these local TV stations. That's the one thing that prevents me from completely shitting all over TV, because there are based people in the sales wing. It's the news/content wing that is totally cucked.

Imagine this is how you spend your Saturday Night.

This is exactly how it will work.

Yesterday's events were the opening shot in this eventual propaganda push.

Anyone who tries to run on the MAGA platform in 2022 or 2024 will be berated with constant negative campaign ads showing footage from yesterday's events.

The GOPe will try to convince us that backing such candidates will mean returning to "Trump's failed policies" and violence, madness, incivility, and division.

They will also say backing any such candidate will mean handing the election to the scary democrats on a silver platter - this has always been their go to argument in primaries in the past - muh electability - but it will be even more amplified.

Then they will say we must back their pre approved GOPe stooge candidate to help the Republican Party advance into a new era, one of civility, demeanor, compromise and common sense

This is the playbook and yesterday was a part of it.

They don't

This is their attempt at an escape hatch. They think this is the way they can distance themselves from the MAGA movement while keeping their political careers alive.

That is why I am so disappointed

Today was supposed to be a day of action, not a day to hear a rally style campaign speech we have already heard a million times

We wanted a call to action

Continue to advance deeper!

You think our founders gave a fuck about optics, no, they shot the British

If there is no bloodshed then today was a waste of time.

I couldn't care two shits about these Georgia senate races. None of the candidates were MAGA. All candidates are bought & paid for corporate shills and sellouts. Makes no difference to me.

Dems don't want ability to pass anything because they just like to say it and not do it.

That describes both parties. GOP loved talking about repealing Obamacare but when push came to shove...

The last thing I want to see on January 6 is someone getting up on a stage and talking about shit like abortion or tax cuts

They can't arrest all of us

Fuck i just made this exact same post. 100% agree

Jan 6 is not a rally, its not a day for speakers to repeat the same talking points we've heard a million times,, its a day of action

Don't let the RINOs hijack January 6 like they did the tea party events
