The story I wrote above is best case scenario for 9News as well.
I've heard some rumblings of something that is even more sinister:
The news team used the professional agitator to manufacture a conflict with someone they believed was armed. They picked Lee Keltner because they believed he was armed. That's why they stalked him and used Jeremiah Elliott/Jacob Kelly to get Lee Keltner all worked up. The goal was to get him so worked up he would draw his weapon, in which Matthew Doloff would blast him.
Where this plan went wrong, is Keltner probably wanted to kick some ass, but was upset about the cameras. You can hear him saying to get the cameras out of there. He wasn't going to do it with the cameras all on him, so he disengaged Jeremiah Elliot and began making his way toward Zack Newman, the producer who was filming. This is why Newman stopped filming, things went off script. They weren't expecting Keltner to walk away from the agitator. Doloff improvised and either tried to "disarm" Keltner as he made his way toward Newman, or just tried to prevent Keltner from getting closer to Newman to turn off his camera, which caused Keltner to slap him away, which led to the shooting.
This very well could have been a conspired hit that they were going to try to frame as a self defense case against an out of control violent Trump supporter who drew his weapon upon media or a black man.

Kyle Clark, Zack Newman, Matthew Doloff and Jacob Kelly all know each other. The story 9News is pushing is that Doloff was some random unknown security guard they hired and they just happened to be around Jacob Kelly each time he tried to stir shit up.
False. They are all connected and know each other. They enlisted Jacob Kelly to go around agitating people so they could film it and therefore run stories on violent Trump supporters being violent toward a black man. They were trying to manufacture that story. Shooting someone was not part of the plan but that's what you get when you enlist some antifa lunatic as your security.
But, no one wants to go on the record with this. Like with Bill Barr and Durham, seems like other journalism outlets, even local Denver news stations that compete directly with KUSA9, would rather remain silent on this and protect the journalism/news industry than do actual investigative journalism and perhaps improve their market position which means more advertising revenue.

Matthew Doloff was not some random unknown security guard they hired. Jacob Kelly was not some random agitator they were following around by chance.
