Why do I have to keep saying this. Secession, per the Supreme Court, is not constitutional.

What does that mean? You need an amendment to the constitution that makes it legal to secede.

How do we do that? The best way is to have a constitutional convention of the states. 34 states to have it, 38 states to adopt it. But, if you have a constitutional convention that can adopt a secession amendment, then you have a constitutional convention that can fix the shit that makes the people want to secede and preserve the union and the constitution.

Why do people insist on seceding now instead? They want to be forever branded traitors, if they survive the carpet bombing, executions, and being turned in or murdered by their neighbors for being a traitor.

Secession without it being constitutional is only worth the sacrifice, struggle, hardships, and risks, if at least half the states want to secede after a failed attempt to make it constitutional first. Then, it would be the last resort, and most necessary.

An option that may be easier than secession or a constitutional convention, would be for the majority of state governments to refuse to recognize the legitimacy of the biden/harris administration and the officers of the federal government appointed by them, and any laws, regulations, and judgements by them, until the stealing of the election is resolved. They could demand an observed investigation, audit, and recount of all votes, or then secession.

A constitutional convention can resolve the issue of the election, further secure existing rights, remove politicians and other corrupted from their positions, implement term limits, create a body separate from the federal government that investigates and prosecutes members of the federal government while being controlled by the several states, and anything else that can be imagined! It can also be limited in its scope, only permitted to resolve specific issues. We can prevent a runaway convention.

Of course I understand that it takes 34 states to pass an amendment that then needs 38 states to adopt the amendment. This is not easy to do, but must be tried. There was no option for our founders to change the UK government through a constitutional convention, but they may have tried if there was. The constitutional convention is a power reserved to the states and the people to be attempted when our government fails as miserably as it has now. It is there because the founders did not previously have that option. It was obviously intended by them to be used by the people as a last resort, before we exercise our second amendment rights.

I am furious right now. I can barely control my anger at the ignorant and malign traitorous shit stains across the country that played any part, large or small, in the stealing of the election and the usurpation of our president and our constitution. They must pay for what they have done. I would prefer that they are investigated, arrested, tried, and are served with the most severe punishments allowed by law.

This would serve as a reminder to our politicians and bureaucrats that the founders were right when they affirmed that the people were the “supreme authority” and that all governments exist at the consent of the governed, serve by only their leave, and can be called before them to answer for their crimes and receive their punishment for their crimes.

Furthermore, this would demonstrate to ourselves, our government, and the world, that our constitution, our society, our laws, our traditions, and our way of life is superior and to be protected, preserved, defended, and emulated.

Secession, without a constitutional convention, would seem at first, to be the best immediate end to a dire situation, but would further increase the risk to our lives, liberties, and properties in perpetuity. I can elaborate on that later if you wish, but I do believe in secession, as a last resort. Attempting to resolve our grievances through a constitutional convention that fails would convince a large percentage of the American people that are naturally averse to secession, that it is the only option left. It will convince the ignorant that the issues brought to light via the convention process must be resolved some way and there are no other options but secession and war. Secession now, would see much fewer supporters than what is needed to be successful.

Constitutional Convention will solve all problems.

50% sure.

In the next few days we will know if he goes down in history as another President Buchanan or another President Lincoln. President Buchanan was the president just before Lincoln and history paints him as one of the worst presidents we have ever had because he did very little to stop the coming civil war. He was a southern states sympathetic president, but was against secession. He did not resolve this internal conflict, he balked at taking the necessary steps to stop the madness because he was indecisive. His loyalties were divided. He did not put the constitution before himself and all others, friend and foe. He did not fulfil his oath of office.

Lincoln put the constitution first. He fulfilled his oath of office. He saved the constitution and the country. He knew the cost, but paid it willingly.

Secession is treason unless it is done under a constitutional convention. But, if we have the minimum 34 states to have a convention and 38 to pass an amendment that allows legal secession, we can fix anything and everything that would make secession necessary in the first place.

The number of times this has been posted and the number of times a dead person voted democrat is the same.

I picked 2 dozen clinton emails and read them. Nothing special. May look at other stuff later when I have time.

I don’t know why he has not done it. I know what the purpose of the Insurrection Act is and the history of its use. I know what the left has done and what they are doing right now. I know the powers of the president and the history of their use. I also know what things may pass if Trump does not exercise his powers in defense of the constitution and the rights of we the people.
