Get some resistance bands. They work. They're cheap. You don't need a bench and home gym. They're nice if you can afford them, but there are plenty of alternatives.
Then do something else. Weights are great, if you have a gym, but a set of resistance bands do just fine without one - $25 on Amazon, if you still shop there. Get two if you want gainz. Or get some kettle bells. Or a heavy bag. Or take a walk around the block. You have way, way, way more options available to you than you know of. Gyms being closed are an excuse. You can work out with two milk jugs full of water and a broomstick, if you're really motivated to keep it going. There are all kinds of exercises you can do at home, that don't require any equipment.

You can read books, take up a hobby, learn an instrument, plant a garden, learn to sail, buy a rifle and go to the range, work on cars and motorcycles, learn carpentry, draw, paint, and sculpt, raise and train animals, hike, camp, swim, fish...the list goes on and on.
