After I have had some time to think since last night, I think I might understand what SCOTUS is saying. They are saying Texas hasn't had any direct injury yet. Two important points:

DIRECT (Trump has direct injury)

YET (Electoral votes haven't been sent yet).
I think by standing, SCOTUS means they want someone with direct injury - aka Trump. And for this, Trump can't just directly jump over all lower courts and intervene in the TX case. He needs to go through the lower courts and climb up until he appeals all the individual cases to SCOTUS. That's when he will have standing. Just my theory. Until SCOTUS rules on that, I will hold off my criticism of SCOTUS.
I think you all are forgetting one thing - we haven't reached the stage where Bush vs Gore was resolved.
Remember it? Bush vs Gore. It wasn't Bush vs Florida or Gore vs Florida or Florida vs another state. It was Bush vs Gore.
So wait for Trump's individual cases for each state to reach SCOTUS - because he's the injured party so he HAS STANDING.
All these third parties are filing suits and getting dismissed with not have standing etc bs. Regardless of what you think of that, the only person who can't get dismissed with "don't have standing" is Trump because he's the one injured.
Even Sidney's suits will get dismissed probably with "don't have standing".
I think only Trump's lawsuits can get around the "don't have standing" issue. So until all the individual cases from Trump in each state get to SCOTUS, I am going to hold off on dooming.
