I say we should disband the police in North America for one year.

The issues would work themselves out, since the small percentage of shit-hawks who cause the majority of the problems would be outnumbered by residents who'd have no choice but to take up arms.

Well, except for the hug-it-out types who'd try to build a hippie commune or some shit.

But yeah, the left's chant would soon change from "fuck the police" to "HELP!! HELP!!! POLICE!!".

Well a bunch of cockney kids with bad teeth yell-singing "OI!! 'APPY BIRFDAY YE SODDY GIT!" may have been giving people tinnitus, so this could be a good thing.

21 foot rule. Guy's approaching, aggressive, and brandishing. Cops would have shot him by now, but a kick to the nuts would also suffice.

So people can choose to vote in person, but instead it's too "dangerous" because CNN told them so, therefore they stand in line. In person. Beside other people. To drop off their ballots. In person.

OK DEN,SEEMS LEGIT!!

It was a two front war for Trump. Joe would stand there laughing and nodding off, the mod would fire several questions at Trump, Joe would then pick up where he could.

Biden would interrupt Trump, that's just fine. Trump would pipe up, the mod would start with his "Sir? SIR?!?! SIR!!!" routine.

Very first question about the SCOTUS appointment, Joe started rambling about various topics.

Joe kept looking down, not sure if notes are allowed at the debate, but Trump kept his eyes up, Joe didnt. He was looking at something, but again, notes may be allowed. Not Sure.

My feed cut off after 30 minutes, but what I saw was exactly this picture. Joe being carried. And Trump was correct, he was debating the moderator while Sleepy Joe had a chance to play catchup.

The government already has skunkworks, which is kinda sorta the Area 51 of "secret" labs, and undoubtedly several off the books labs and partnerships with private companies.

They may be advertising CIA Labs, but most responses to what they do will be met with the age old classic "fuck you, it's classified".

Let her have the spot. Then call the towing company and have them remove the unauthorized vehicle. Hilarity ensues, a good time will be had by all.

Ah, then try this if the drywall sucks, since you shouldn't need any anchors unless there is nothing behind it. Shitty drywall is shitty, but the studs should be solid barring any issues like rot.

super rough image but you get the picture. What I've done in the past is mount whatever in an area that doesn't matter, like a closet or whatever, and then give it the ol' pull test. If it comes out then you know, but otherwise if it can handle a good amount of force, you should be fine.

also disclaimer, if it all comes crashing down in the middle of the night, pls dont kick my ass, i cry easily.

also again make sure they didnt run any power or water, because you'll find out easily enough if they did. double check the plans or cut open an inspection hole to peek in.

I can help with that. Securing a shelf or rack into studs is the best option short of putting it into concrete.

What I think right away would be to 1) drill pilot holes in what appears to be a metal racking system as well as into the studs 2) slide some washers in from the side to where the hole is, and 3) use a 2 1/2 inch wood screw, a number 10 or 12 should do it, through the washer and hole in the rack. Do that 4 times, 2 on top, 2 on the bottom, and that will hold a good amount of weight.

I'd assume the wall was built to code thus the studs should be 2x4's, so you've got 4 inches (well, 3.5 or slightly more depending on the quality of the stud since they plane them down for smoothness) to screw into. Just make sure they didn't run any power or water through them. Also, if built to code, the studs should be 16 inches apart, or 16 inches on center as they say.
