Actual "fact check" which you all should read. It's pretty weak and basically just picks at the edges of what is alleged. It also confirms itself that ballots were being counted without observation, but tries to justify that the observation (already useless given the distances of "observers") was not legally required.
Also, it goes without saying that the story is only from GA SOS staff and does not include any information from witnesses from the hearings.
You won't be able to create new papers with signatures on them. Nothing going through the mail and comes out the other end pristine. They can't fake enough believable papers.
