This is the route I went a few years ago. MicroG with Aurora store gives full anonymous access to Google's play store (dont forget to vpn as well). Bromite is also a badass browser with built-in add blocking similar to ublock. Youtube-vanced is pretty good too for add-free YouTube usage. After flashing lineageos, nanodroid makes it pretty easy to install everything. I have the same setup on my kid's tablets too.
Its not the easiest thing to setup but once its running, it is as close as you can get to a full on Google ecosystem without touching their auth servers. Pinephone looks pretty good too as I'm a huge KDE fan.
