a crypto currency. the guy signed deals with banks around the world to adopt his crypto called xrp. the hype was real, but then banks in USA sued him. His statement in response was based af. The sue happened a week or two ago, and xrp has been way down ever since. Until yesterday. Did I say it was up 37%? Now its up 45%!

It is a centralized crypto, with emphasis on accountability. Unlike bitcoin, it cant be mined, and individual transactions can be shut down by ripple. interesting tech. and an interesting correlation, given that it spiked on the day of the protest... and is still rising.
