I saw it on here earlier this morning where someone posted the PDF from the .GOV website from the GSA head (i believe) and it spoke about how the GSA has no intentions of funding or acknowledging the biden\harris campaign as the victor because of all the state contests going on right now.

can someone link it to me? i cannot find it anywhere and the search feature on this site kinda sucks lol
