its the same bullshit they do in Illinois;

if there is a ballot initiative the dems don't like, somehow it always seems to find enough "invalid signatures" and it doesn't make it on the ballot, or they have a judge buddy find the proposal would be unconstitutional

if its their ballot initiative, that never seems to happen

  • all votes scanned and made available online, along with the machine & (if necessary) manual ajucation of the vote

  • downloadable database of all vote, with vote serial number, voting area, and adjucation outcome

  • if voted by mail, outcome of signature verification

The problem with any change, is the winning party has no incentive to change the system that they won

The same people that claim Yellen is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars for a 45 minute speech bitterly complain about how much CEO's make, because one person can't be worth that much.

Even Pocahontas's plan had an income level cut-off, so if you studied a relevant degree and then got a nice paying job, you got no cancelation.

However if you spent 8 years and come out with a worthless degree like "gender studies" with no job prospects, canceled!

as a sw dev (I learned to code!) there are probably AWS specific bits of code that need ported to a new platform. if they can get back on AWS for a while, gives them breathing room to complete a port without losing the business.

AWS is really easy to get going on, but it has a lot of vendor lock-in

Apple and Google effectively take away Section 230 protections away from Parler. The internet died today.

The Steve Bannon COAR account on Youtube. His account and all content is gone!

turning off updates won't stop this, they can simply 'brick' your phone until you update.

the tax cut was a wash for me, since I live in a state with high state taxes and housing costs, all of the tax cut was eaten up by the $10k SALT limit.

I think they've all been towing the company line that the decision desk is 100% right and not to go against that

even better: take out the pages with the $600 on it, set on desk

then show the binder with the remaining stuff, aka, pork. start ripping pages, "I won't stand for this"

My wife was listening in when I watched the speech and she was like 'is this for real' and I'm like yup. The uniparty is already pretending Trump is gone, but they outsmarted themselves with the pocket veto.
