if you need an example, see Chicago teachers. They got to jump the line, claiming schools could open when they are vaxxed. But since they don't really wanna go back ever, they're not telling Chicago Public Schools if they are vaccinated. The teachers union wants to bargain over that info, so is actively telling teachers its not in the contract, so don't tell the city. And the city is apparently unable to do anything (again)
I hear you, but they will get you. the Dem suburb near Chicago I live in, there are properties for sale now where the property tax is the same payment a month as the 30 year mortgage payment.
And it keeps going up! and It doesn't stop after 30 years.
As soon as the kids get out of school we probably flee too, if we can find someone dumber to take on that property tax burden.
