Now would be when they come out and say “Recount based on watermarks” yet nothing of the sort has happened. If we get a recount and the “watermarks” are not utilized to verify, you can throw this theory in the trash.

The problem is that even with court rulings, the ballots are already washed so you can’t really do anything but toss out ones that came in late.
