Regardless of your race, everyone should treat urban areas in blue states as essentially a No Go Zone.
There is no law in these states, and justice is at the whim of the local mob, or best case the benevolent dictatorial mayors and governors.

I’ve got kids and a family and a career. It’s not worth it to me. I still vote and I’m not afraid to discuss who I support, but I don’t need to make overt displays of political views.
I’ve spent 20 years in the military with 3 deployments to Afghanistan & Iraq. But, I’m not willing to risk my livelihood or my family by putting a bumper sticker on my car or being overtly political.
