This is mostly fake news. If you read the actual Scavino tweet, he only says Trump promises a peaceful transition of power. No mention of Biden/Harris anywhere in there.
One thing I've noticed is every time Trump calls for someone/some entity to have "great courage," they never do. Happened with SCOTUS, Pence today, and RINOs in general. I honestly think Trump already knows what they will do and that they will never muster up the courage to challenge their puppeteers.
