In 2010 when I couldn't get a job as a cop even though I graduated the police academy they all hire from. They hired the 3 women and all minorities in my graduating class, all of whom were terrible the entire academy. They even hired the woman who failed the academy.

That was my first experience with sexism against men and it caused me to learn and re-evaluate a lot
