I was watching fox news, and one of the pundits said something along the lines of:
"It's an uphill battle, and maybe if they could get someone like [former bush cronie lawyer] it would help than someone as discreditable as Gulliani"
This is the most hilarious thing in my life. At what point in time did MSM decide Gulliani was not creditable?

Did they just sit in a pile and not get counted? That makes little sense to me. If anything, early voting should have shortened how long it takes to tally results, no?

Every day of the week, on tv (of which everyone watched back then) and newspapers, the relentless ridicule of the president.
Media made fun of the way he said nuclear, and American. Made fun of the way he said "Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, well, uh". I remember them GASPING IN HORROR when he said something along the lines of "bring it on" talking about terrorists in the middle east.
Every single day, we were told how horrible of a president he was, but the emphasis was always on how "dumb" he was, how "incompetent", how he was just a flyover country "redneck"
GWB got called hitler by protestors all the time, liberal protestors just can't help themselves in any era.
If you recall, he won re-election despite it all.

Even amongst the Monica Lewinski ordeal, both are always heralded as "generally good and adored" by the media. Remember when Bill Clinton was lovingly called the "First Black President?"
