real answer: No one actually knows if they'll take it or not. Scotus doesn't like to step in on election matters (they were forced to in 2000). This is a far different scenario than 2000 because the election is more or less resolved if they don't participate. Based on that, they're highly unlikely to see the case.
That being said, this is the most conservative the court has been in 70 years, so they may choose to be a different kind of court. We're entering a new era of highly partisan politics that greatly benefits us.
