This may be a difficult concept for some of us to understand, not because of intelligence but because of the psychological implications. We don't want to believe we've been 'fooled' into a virtual reality whereby the Constitution hasn't been in effect for decades; a virtual reality that has been an illusion pulled over our eyes to blind us from the truth. Most have the ability but not the WILL to awake from the matrix. But believe me friends, it MAY WELL be the case that we ARE in a kind of matrix.
That the constitution has been overrruled by the Continuity of Government (COG) as an ongoing, operating process of governance that persists national emergency conditions that are reset, each and every year, since September 11, 2001.

This is done arbitrarily, capriciously, and our politicians aren't allowed to question it or talk about it. All of this activity is couched under "national security"

- If COG truly does suspend the Constitution arbitrarily, then this could be used to our advantage. Specifically, if you can bring up COG to the courts, then you can DEMAND that the JUDGE PROVE HIS AUTHORITY AND JURISDICTION by proving to the court (you) that the COG has NOT overruled the Constitution.
*12) Specifically, in a motion in limine, you can state that the Judge has no jurisdiction and the Court has no jurisdiction to oversee your case, because the authority that the court has, and the authority that the judgeship has, is derived FROM the Constitution; and if the Constitution is no longer authoritative, then NEITHER IS THE COURT OR THE JUDGESHIP.
*13) The Constitution defines the States. The States define the State Constitutions. It's possible that if the Federal government is overruled because of the COG, then the States may claim sovereignty and thus only STATE laws apply but FEDERAL LAWS do NOT. Therefore if it's a misdemeanor, then it would be applicable, and a statewise felony also; however, federal drug laws, for example, that are NOT mirrored in the State constitution, would be inapplicable.
I am not a lawyer, so I have no authority in saying the truth of this, but this post is being made in earnest and to the best of my knowledge. I believe it's either the case that COG has made a mockery of the legal system and that's why the bad guys just get away with everything all the time. I think that it's more than simply 'graft' and corruption. I believe they legally know that the Constituition of the United States is overruled. I think now we are going by state rules, IF even that.
What I don't quite understand is that if the Fed Gov really IS an illusion, then what's the status of the States? Do they become sovereign unto themselves, as if they were effectively different countries in the world like france is to germany? Could be...Again, I don't know.
The question is: is the whole thing, including the states an illusion, or just the federal government?
We should be asking the Judges this.
And we should be DEMANDING that the Judges PROVE their Jurisdiction as it appertains to Continuity of Government.

The basis upon which I am able to identify is formed by the argument that Rachel Dolezal is black, Shaun King is black, and that Elizabeth Warren is a native american, and the global cultural imperium tells us, on no uncertain terms, are we allowed to question this in ANY way. We must accept their genetic identity, just because THEY claim they identify with it.
Therefore, if someone is able to identify as an ethnicity that is objectively, scientifically designated by genetic haplogroup, in contradiction to and spite of their actual genetic haplogroup, then this MUST apply also, to the new definition of "vaccinated" versus "not vaccinated" as an "ethnicity" as well, because the (not)vaccine alteres ones genes.
Thus, if Rachel Dolezal, Shaun King, and Elizabeth Warren can claim they are an ethnicity that their genetics is not, then I, as sovereign knight of vaxi, do hereby claim I identify as a fully vaccinated person, even if my genetics may or may not say otherwise, and who are you to question my genetic identity

Step 1) Force everyone to wear a mask
Step 2) Unlock vaccines, brag about how good it works, how safe it is through the media. Shame those that avoid it as ignorant "vaccine hesitants". This politicizes it.
Step 3) Shame and terrify those that hesitate with ideas that they won't be able to get food if they don't vaccinate, or will have their children taken away from them as "abuse" by "putting them at great risk" (99.95% child survival unvaccinated, in other words >0.05% risk, approaching 0.0005% if not vitamin D deficient
Step 4) Play head games with people to get "murmurations"....whisper campaigns and nastiness, cause people to argue with each other. The CDC said this...No they didn't they said THAT. No, THAT was YESTERDAY. Today they are saying THIS. OH ok...I thought THAT was it, not THIS...I get it now. etc.
BTW They've done exactly this with
- a) Masks---you can or cannot take them off if you're already vaccinated or exposed, and
- b) whether masks work or not,
- c) days to flatten the curve,
- d) days to quarantine,
- e) mask mandates public policy in schools, and finally,
- f) whether or not vaccinated people can or can't spread covid
Step 5) When everyone is at each others' throats, THEN you Release the Karen -- you have an army of paid provocateurs go full force into conservative events and shout,
"You're the reason we have to keep wearing the masks!!"
"We can't take the masks off because of YOU!!"
"Your vaccine hesitancy is punishing ALL OF US"
"Your vaccine hesitancy is why we ALL have to wear the mask!!"
"If everyone doesn't vaccinate we'll NEVER be able to take the mask off -- Its IGNORANT TRUMP SUPPORTERS FAULT"
No matter how you cut it, the mask is going to be Trump and Trump supporters' faults
