AND, if there is some reason that someone who is ineligible to take the oath would avoid doing so, then that is relevant to our current situation with Biden. Is he going to take the oath knowing he's a fraud? Or is he going to muck mouth it too? I don't know but I'll be watching.

That's a good question. Honestly, I'm not trying to get at anything in particular. I'm just trying to put together little factoids to see if they make a picture. Remember, it was Trump himself, as a private citizen, who took it up to investigate whether Obama was even eligible to be President (Birther Conspiracy). I'm not saying there is or isn't anything to the Birther thing but it's true that Trump brought attention to it. Was Obama ineligible? Was he appointed Acting POTUS? Can someone who is ineligible to be President be appointed as Acting Pres? Was someone at the secret White House "re-do" you linked above who could have appointed him Acting POTUS? Why bother with that? What are the consequences of taking the oath in bad faith? God strikes you down with lightning?

Bottom line for me is that it seems that a reasonable person could posit that Obama never took the oath and so was never president. There would have to be a reason for that and I imagine that reason would be very, very interesting.

Yes, I remember that. He had a "re-do" of the oath in private in the white house with no press. So who knows what he did in there. But go review 2013 and tell me if you think he recited the oath as written in the Constitution.

Ever notice how in BOTH of Obama's inaugurations he muck mouths the oath. Neither in 2008 nor in 2012 does he speak the oath as written in the Constitution. He's a constitutional lawyer and an experienced, skilled public speaker but he messes up the world's most important oath...twice. I smell a rat.

The strongest force in our nation is the People...but only where we are united. That's why our enemies' primary tactics involve dividing us. Now, we might not be able to convince lefties to unite with us but we can certainly avoid doing and saying the things that will further divide the people. And we certainly should not be dividing ourselves against Q believers. They are patriots after all. Anyone who seeks to divide patriot against patriot is doing the work of our adversaries.
