Ever notice how in BOTH of Obama's inaugurations he muck mouths the oath? Neither in 2009 nor in 2013 does he speak the oath as written in the Constitution. He's claimed to be a constitutional law professor and he is an experienced, skilled public speaker but he messes up the world's most important oath...twice.

I smell a rat. And if Biden gets so far as to take the oath, we should be watching him for the same.
