You sound like me -- I have the same reaction to anything over my mouth and nose. I wore a sheer mesh one in order to travel, and no-one bothered me about it!

I've seen a meme out there - it has a picture of a Seuss character and says something along the lines of "I will not wear it on my face, I will not wear it any place!"

Agree! Had a former neighbor who insisted on wearing one to simply take out the garbage and all i could think of every time i saw him was that his picture must be in the dictionary next to the word beta.

Me! It has gotten to the point where i don't even want to leave the house anymore because i can't stand to see them everywhere. I literally shudder when i see an image of someone wearing one randomly pop up while browsing the internet. i don't think i've ever wanted anything to end as much as these harmful, ludicrous mask mandates.

i was living in an area of California that has had mask mandates since April, yet the numbers have only risen as the mandates have gotten stricter. The irony is when i tell people about this, they become genuinely confused as to why the numbers don't go down despite the forced masking...
