This one electoral vote is important as if it flips there are more paths to victory - we'd only need to flip two states (PA with 20 electoral votes plus either GA or MI each with 16 electoral votes) instead of 3 or more states to get Biden from 306 to below 270.
29,737 votes switched from Trump to Biden at Nov 07 00:47:23 GMT (this is equivalent to Nov 06 6:47 pm central time) in Douglas County in District 2 per NYT Edison scraped data. This is more than enough votes to flip District 2 if this is a real "glitch"! Can this justify the need for a manual recount of Douglas county?
I don't know that you need internet connection for fraud. Sounds like a USB insert can change votes, and then there is the software itself that could be programmed to glitch. It's true Trump would need to win at least 3 states to get to 270 - but there is the scenario where if NE 2 (1 vote), PA (20 votes) and either MI or GA (16 votes) got flipped, it would be 269 to 269, and the election would then be decided by the House (one vote per state). Manually recounting Douglas Cty, if possible, would be a good test to see if we can trust the numbers coming out of the voting machines when we see "glitches" in the NYT / Edison data.
