I was just curious. What if SCOTUS had guns at their head and told to rule on the case, could they be forced to make a decision on it?

Obviously, I know, if they were forced by literal gunpoint, they would rule against whomever held the gun to their head.... because if they actually got shot for ruling the wrong way then there was no reason to force them to rule in the first place.

So its more just a hypothetical question than anything, I was just curious. Assuming we could force them to hear and rule on a case, and they actually rule constitutionally. How they can decide to not even hear a case is beyond my simple minded comprehension.

Who controls the fingerprint database? Who prevents someone from uploading chinese fingerprints to the database and stealing elections with it so they match the fake ballots that were printed.

The only thing we can do is move back to only land owners and those whom pay taxes being able to vote and backed up by IRS records. Those on govt assistance do not get a say in how the govt is run or we end up with them voting for more assistance for themselves, to the detriment of what allowed this nation to be so giving in the first place.
