Miller says the evidence will be different than what has been presented to courts - which is what I've been thinking we need in order to get Dems to agree to electoral vote objections. Although I was expecting something big to come out before the 6th, especially considering Rudy's statement about how we'll be shocked after Christmas.
With Biden's corruption, this shouldn't be hard, and might be what is coming soon.
If some crime or corruption is revealed with irrefutable evidence, then the 20th Amendment says the VP-elect would temporarily become president until the congress selects someone who qualifies.
That could be a case where the states all get their one vote and Trump wins due to more states being run by Republicans.
From the 20th Amendment:
"if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President"
If the machines have evidence, surely it's been wiped by now. These machines would've had to have been impounded within days of the election for them to be of any use.
The signatures are only on the ballot envelopes which are separated from the ballots. If you compared the envelope signature to the one on file and it didn't match, how would you know what that person voted for?
I hope this isn't a serious approach that Trump is actually counting on. Maybe if I was nine, I'd think it mattered. Maybe it was just something to throw out to the people watching TV to signal that he's still working on revealing voter fraud without revealing how he's really going to do it.
If this interview at been on December 7th, it would've made sense. But for it to have occurred today, Dec 20th, it's depressing as hell.
Main point being that the PA supreme court allowed a disregard to the constitutional law that describes the method for absentee voting, allowing anyone and everyone to vote absentee without qualification.
It seems to be saying that when Pence counts the votes, objections can be made and must be signed by one Senator and one member of the House of Representatives.
Then the Senate and the HoR withdraw for a vote on whether the state electoral vote in question is a lawful vote by the legal elector.
If the Senate votes no (saying that vote was not lawful due to fraud) but the House of Representative votes yes, then the electoral vote stands.
If I'm understanding this correctly, then we never reach the desired goal of each state casting one vote for President because the House will never agree to toss any vote that is objected to.
if the two Houses shall disagree in respect of the counting of such votes, then, and in that case, the votes of the electors whose appointment shall have been certified by the executive of the State, under the seal thereof, shall be counted.

The left have been saying all year that if Trump loses the election, he'll declare martial law and refuse to step down, turning into a dictator.
He doesn't need martial law for what needs to be done. He can use executive orders, the constitution, U.S. Code, etc.
Declaring martial law - military rule over the country - would be stupid and unnecessary and it would galvanize millions of leftists.
Why do that when it's unnecessary?
