Agree, Yost argues that Supreme Court lacks authority to tell electors what to do, BUT I think his reasoning is poor(and RINO) because the state courts or SOS in MI Ga PA and WI already DID materially change the election laws. So the SC does have the authority to declare those actions unconstitutional. Remedy is anybodys guess. nevertheless, Trump won!

Texas suit does not ask for "undoing 4 states" The relief it asks for is that the state legislatures select the electors. Legislators then have to choose Trump. The Republicans have majorities in the state legislators, but will the GOP support Trump? I agree that GEOTUS election is the big issue. But I do not agree that Lin Wood and Sidney Powell are trying to be divisive. I take their message to be: Fix the fraud or nothing else matters. Read the lawsuits that they have filed in GA especially Sidney Powell's. They are trying to get media coverage and attention to the fraud. Bad press is coverage. The exposure of the fraud is the most important issue now. All Trump supporters understand that if the defense of the Trump presidency is not successful, the senate majority has no strength. First Trump wins, then focus on the senate. I trust Sidney Powell, Lin Wood not as much but his recent actions ( i.e.suits in GA and exposing Chinese investments in Dominion deserve some benefit of the doubt.) Trump won.
