How will that affect his ability to govern if he did successfully remove them? Will he be a tyrant? What about if there was a way for the exact same thing to be done without his command?
Let me remind you that Trump & his team KNEW there would be election fraud. Brad Parscale (his former campaign manager) wanted lawyers at every swing state, and pre emptive lawsuits for fraud. What did Trump do? He fired him, and did none of that.
Let's fast forward to Jan 20th 12:00pm. Trump is no longer POTUS. Now the military under section 11.3 of the DoD Law of War Manual, have COMPLETE authority to remove the illegitimate Xiden without so much as a peep from Trump.
