That's not how it works. Samsung forks the Android base code to create the "Samsung Android OS" that goes out to their phones. They pay Google (Alphabet) licensing fees, but they are in control of the OS going out to their devices. This is why all phones/manufacturers release major updates at different times.

That said, if there's some feature in the core Android base that allows Google to flip this setting at a mass scale without an OS update then it's still possible.

Brave is best, but even besides Brave there are tons of small, fringe browsers out there just waiting for the time when Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari all shit their pants in public.

His campaign... so campaign is disbanded. Time for Presidential - constitutional - avenues.

Actually I think it's their best move. It's their best bet at dividing the loyalty of the military.

Then if/when Trump starts making arrests they can cry for help to the UN (China).

A divided military would benefit a Chinese invasion force.

This is war. The British didn't have a sizable victory in the first 3 years of WWII. Imagine if they would have given up after 2 months..

We're fighting the same enemy. Regardless of the outcome today, the darkest days are ahead.. but that doesn't mean it's over.

Did you know that the British didn't have a major victory in WWII for effectively the first 3 years of the war?

Imagine if they had given up after 2 months.

Seems more like they've just decided they're not taking new cases. Claiming every case has lack of standing now?

In this case TX cannot yet demonstrate injury because the electoral process has not been completed.

Had the suit come from the legislature or executive branch of one of the states in question then they may have had standing for this suit. They may have also been struck down for filing prior to the electoral vote. Even with standing, SCOTUS may have declined due to other legal remedies being available (EX: sending dueling electors on the 6th.)

The point is - this is not a doom and gloom scenario. Everyone is angry, but we have to be patient and abide the Constitution.

Standing would take precedence. They have to determine that injury has been sustained prior to being able to determine if another remedy exists.

It is not the job of SCOTUS to reign in rogue justices. It is the constitutional duty of the legislative branch to remove rogue justices.

I believe SCOTUS followed their constitutional duty in this case. It's one battle, not the war.

I think you're right. If there is another legal remedy besides a SCOTUS ruling they will (and should) pass. In this case, there is a constitutional remedy available. Recall that all 9 justices chose to pass on ruling, it's just 7 chose to pass on hearing. I think passing on hearing is actually the best call so the evidence can be heard in a case with better standing.

ALSO, Texas technically did not have standing because it had technically not been wronged yet. I believe TX cannot sustain injury unless Sniff & Blow are inaugurated. Especially now that dueling sets of electors have been sent.

Ironically, this is the SCOTUS literally doing their exact job and ignoring all public opinion to strictly fill their role. Trump called them cowards, but he's also masterful at misdirection. He obviously wants the focus on the SCOTUS and that case would have been an excellent distraction.

Illinois is the king of voter fraud. They didn't need a software algorithm to go blue. See 1960.

Just because they can avoid "contracting" it doesn't mean they are unable to carry it. 2020 has proven that most people don't know the difference between being a clinical infection and being "positive for" (carrying) viral matter. Your point is probably relevant as vaccinated kids are theoretically better able to limit reproduction of the matter within their body, but it doesn't tell the whole story of this study.

What this article should inspire is some thought regarding how vaccines have changed over their history and why they now produce these side-effects at such a high rate. Modern vaccines contain poorly-tested additives, are developed using weak hosts, and are validated by groups with conflicts of interest.

I'm not anti-vaxx, I'm safe-vaxx. We live in a culture that has largely forgotten the risk/gain equation when it comes to pharmaceuticals.

Probably a larp, but not sure bad English is any proof... Russian larpers probably speak more proper English than many Americans and there are plenty immigrant truckers.

More likely a larp due to this being the 4th time I've seen this threat since election day and there being no tangible movement developing. Not to mention drivers are in high demand and well paid.. I just don't see it materializing.
