In this video that was lived streamed on 11/05 he mentions frankfurt, barcelona. gives examples from the election two years ago using Dallas and Bexar counties. Goes into GREAT detail on secure socket layers, IP addressing, flash drives, malware etc etc. He also mentions his company had gone to the FBI as well as Homeland Security in the past with their findings and were basically blown off.

Yep, I get them occasionally here in Texas. After I tested positive, via a forced PCR test where I work. I got the bat-coof back in April was pretty sick for about 15 days. I also started getting texts telling me to respond "immediately". I was just deleting them. The county health department started blowing up my phone with calls "please call xxx-xxx-xxxx ASAP to avoid further contact" I finally called the number and found out that because I had a positive test and got coof they needed me to answer a series of questions concerning my illness so they could better understand ways to combat the virus. Was pretty straight forward nothing personal just symptoms, time frames etc etc. Never got another call after that.
