No - it this guy is legit and he sounds it You just run the ballots thru his machine and it will tell you whether it was a postal vote, whether it was officially issued and whether the post itself was marked electronically or by a person. Says, he could run millions per day.
THe law says those ballots must be retained for 22 months.

Actually, the injured parties are the legislatures of MI, WI,PA and GA They each need to send the Texas suit with their names on it. The problem, I imagine is that they would need to hold a vote to progress the suit against its own executive.
The points and concerns you raise are valid. Unfortunately, I don't possess the legal training to comment. Except to say, a common code for Federal Elections would be ideal. But, it also seems that the current method can work if the respective constitutions are faithfully followed. A Scotus decision in favour of Texas would achieve just that.
It may not properly answer your concerns but I'm not sure too many governors would permit this to occur again in a hurry.
Seems to me there are two paths lie ahead in the event SCOTUS rules for Texas
1\ The precedent embarrasses the offending states and their executive, thereby increases the pressure to ensure that, in the future, any and all changes are legally confirmed by the respective State Legislature.
2\ Added pressure for a unified election code across all states for Federal Elections.
Does anyone know if there is footage of the suitcases being placed under the table? I saw footage somewhere of the table carried into position in the morning but not when the suitcases were subsequently placed under the table or by whom.
