If youre unemployed, then technically you wont be a “worker” lifted out of poverty. You’ll just be unemployed in poverty.

It’s called racialism, not racism. The left is so obsessed with race the have racialized everything. They are so racialized, they are making it a crime to be white. Sad.

Lin Wood, where are we at with your Georgia lawsuits? Shouldn’t you be at work?

No. It’s to punish mostly red states who havent already raised it because they have kept their cost of living low, like Mississippi.

Minimum wage should be set at state level, not fed.

Fraud requires two parts: Intent, AND a payoff/benefit.

It's not a "crime" until Biden is sworn in and carries out more than 2 years of his term. Only then will the courts be able to prove his intentions of benefiting from the fraud. Things will get spicy then. More to come.

4 Things:

  1. "I don't answer any questions"
  2. "I do not consent to any searches"
  3. "Am I being detained or am I free to go?"
  4. "May I speak with my lawyer now?"

Thats cool. But we’re talking telecommunications regulation. If California can require a special label on every product to be legal for sale, Texas can require that companies do not violate protected rights.
