Lets assume Joe Biden will be going into the WH on the 20th, no parade, inauguration virtual or not. There was a huge protest on the 6th. It would only be logical to build barricades and up the military presence on the day he walks into WH. People do not need a parade or inauguration to protest (or storm the WH).
