You are pretty much correct. IMO, ignore the Powell and Lin lawsuits, ignore the vote certifications, ignore the lower courts, ignore the media. The fact is simple... This hinges on two things, one of which would need to be a SCOTUS decision that rules PA courts were overstepping when they extended mail in deadline. Second is a successful suit in MI, or MI legislature determining many ballots are illegal. I think we have a good chance in the SCOTUS because we have two justices that have shown their hand a bit, Alito, Thomas. Additionally, we had a dry run in the SCOTUS but did not have the 5th vote we needed. It would seem that 4 of the justices wanted to look at ruling against PA, but did not have majority before ACB. MI looks good as well, I cant predict exact ruling, but I think it will be enough for legislature to intervene, that will spill over to WI. Ultimately, I think a win here is getting states to send electors for Trump in contested states. Its very possible this will happen, its not certain. A bad SCOTUS ruling however, sorry, thats all folks.
