That none of them will have jobs in their precious 2022 mid-terms they are salivating about. I want Ted Cruz AOC, or I dont vote, plain and simple. As of this current instance, my vote does not count, and I dont care about oil deals bank bailouts. You will need to show me some serious leatherneck patriots to get me out to the polls or pull out my wallet.

Its not bad. Better than most whole turkeys which have a weird taste as of late. No dark meat, and I dont like that. But I think its better than a whole turkey. Lots of gravy needed though. Not a lady-pede but a serious man cooker pede here with lots of experience.

It all comes down to and always comes down to a distributed government. Nothing major should happen at the federal level, we have no power there, we share votes with CA and NY. Locally, we have the power to dispose of mayors and commissioners that do not reflect the sentiment of those they govern. This is the way it always was supposed to be. Somehow, we broke it.

This is so true. We have to get out from behind the keyboard no matter where this goes. The Left did it, and it was actually to their success. There are people behind all these words, and they will remain just words until they become a community. I have thought a lot about this. Maybe we let this play out, but if it does not work out well, we need to be open to the admission that dank memes are not enough. A physical presence cannot be beaten so easily.

Yup he just beat me too it, has too much dragon energy, I was thinking the morning. But he was ahead. Technically an hour before the AM, but honestly I was expecting maybe 5 AM.

No. Powell case would be a long running messy operation. Trump has a clear path to victory without it. It just muddies the waters I think.

Litigation in MI is coming. Giuliani talked about the 4:00 AM MI ballots in press conference. The strong PA case involves courts granting extension, I believe this because of Alito's remarks on the 4/4 case that sent it back to lower courts that SOCTUS said it would review with a full court.

It will start the ball rolling and will secure a strong precedent that will likely see other states following.

I suspect he is protecting people at GSA. They asked him if they could do this, likely because of legal threats. He said go ahead, not much utility in him allowing them to be harassed over this.

Um, there is likely only one way for things to go?

They will be going after late ballots in MI as well. They also dont need a criminal fraud case to invalidate ballots, they go to court on a similar premise as PA that the ballots are not legal according to MI's own election laws.

They have to certify for Trump team to really do anything that will hold water. Focus was on PA because they were the only state in this mess that allowed such without a certification.

Oh, and expect a "We Will Win" Trump Tweet clarification about the GSA transition in the early AM.

Nah, Putin will do that if Kamala ever becomes POTUS.

One thing that is going to be uncomfortable for us, is realizing that this REALLY will not be fought in the court of public opinion. There is one and only one thing that matters, this is the court ballots with regard to illegal votes. Its likely this goes all the way to SCOTUS. Its going to take a few weeks. More states will certify the vote, more transition shit will happen, more news is going to really suck. But... Back to the one thing. The only transition that will take place, the only giving up, happens after a very unfavorable SCOTUS ruling if we are so unfortunate. Anything between here and then, will just be water under the bridge.

I have been accused of being a doomer because I like to call balls and strikes because I think its important. Given that, I am not concerned at all with what happened here. There was nothing to really to gain from holding back transition funds. This is going to court, likely SCOTUS, and if giving approval for transition funds helps you focus on what is important, then so be it.

FWIW Trumps legal team specified that the only state where they can take affirmative legal action to invalidate illegal ballots before votes are certified is PA. So certification is also part of the process which is precisely what happened in GA, MI

We would need to get out from behind the keyboard first. That in and of itself is a colossal task.

If GOP allows dems to get away with this, voting is a waste of time, I wont waste time voting when elections are predetermined. Definitely will not waste money either.
