Do you know which staffers? There are mixed signals, Powell stated they did not know if the good guys or the bad guys have the servers... which is a long way away from having the servers and combing through evidence.

IF they have the servers, and THEY are the good guys, they would likely need access to the dominion machines as well. I think that route would take forever and a day at government speed.

There were some 6K votes I heard that Trump gained, because of ballots that were not tabulated the first time around. I dont see how vote flipping could have occurred without hand recount numbers being way of an inexplicable.

If there was vote flipping AND ballots were fed back through the machine, the same code could be resident. I find it unlikely. If there was a hand recount, and a lot of vote flipping, the initial count and match would be way, way, off. I do not at this time believe the problem with Georigia, and likely some other states, is a result of vote flipping. The problem is invalid ballots, and there was no audit.

They did not, specifically stated that conference was not about details of case but akin to an opening statement of a case.

The big elephant in the room... States collecting mail-in/ drop off ballots that do not meet the legal criteria of a vote in PA, MI, WI, AZ, NV mail in votes require a security envelope, a signature, a signature verification voters cannot vote more than once voters must have valid registrations (i.e. citizens, proper address) additionally, in states like MI (and others I am sure), absentee ballots must be accommodated by a request, in many instances, states just sent out ballots with no request.

Its not a public opinion trial. Its serious. This is perhaps the biggest fraud in the history of the USA, a case that would normally take years. They are not on a 72 hour timeline.

Wonder if Stacey Abrahms was right about Kemp. Giving it second thoughts now.

Also, this is bigboy time, not get Tucker ratings time. They have to go to court to get subpoena powers, potentially a grand jury, there are affidavits signed by people who rightfully are in fear for their life if outed publicly. So much more, this is way bigger than the Cable News Realm.

They said it in the press conference today. This will not be tried in the court of public opinion.
