There are databases sitting between the state vote collection centers that change record ids (this is a good thing by design) and the commercial gateway systems the media uses to report results. The votes are sitting around in the state collection center databases right now as we speak and have the data that needed to find the flips. Trump campaign needs to get an order to stop any deletion of records ASAP.
