Its religion, not politics. That's what it is. Shit we had signed FISA docs in Russia hoax and that wasn't proof. It will never be enough proof, very much like religion.

Yeah, but they have all the evidence here and wont do anything about it. Happened in Kentucky. Feds know, its a crooked system to its core.

Its not far from the truth. Trump needs a decision at SCOTUS level, its these very same judges who rejected the GOP's attempts to stop all this extension and mail in BS in the first place. I would say however, one hail mary. SCOTUS rules states must follow their own election laws for a ballot to be considered legal (hard to believe right, but its true), Trump wins.

Not sure about not conceding... I really don't know whether that is an ultimate option. If nobody gets to 270 EV, its true.

I dont think so. What you hear out in the open air, and what they take to court are very much different things. I think Trump attorney did a good job in making the case for the audit. If its a feint, its because they know this judge will rule against them. I think Trump ultimately needs a SCOTUS victory on what is a legal vote.

Not sure, never sued over an election before, but I do know that we can check whether we voted, and where, so perhaps attached to a bar code. In FL, we get a numbered ballot.

Its already happened in Kentucky in 2018. Feds know, evidence is clear as day. They dont care. Its intentional. Thats the problem. Its worse then you think, votes cross over to the EU before they come back and results are tabulated.

Sad thing is, Feds know all about this, have for some time. Happened in Kentucky, whole electronic vote system is a fraud. They did nothing. Perhaps some relief at SCOTUS level.

Yeah, thats total BS. She did not cheat big enough, thats what her frustration was all about. It was easy this time around.

Not really, courts have a strange way of passing decisions down. You can never read the law as written and expect rulings to always follow. Thats our potential downfall, we have open and shut cases to invalidate ballots all over the place.

And Biden could never be considered a legitimate POTUS by half the country if things dont pan out the way they should. Goes both ways.

Yeah, until 100K ballots get tossed, thats what this is all predicated on.

The ruling was part of a wider decision on contested elements of the state’s election law, and Republicans on Monday said they will appeal one element of the court’s decision — extending the deadline to receive ballots by three days — to the U.S. Supreme Court.

They also signaled that they are comfortable with the current law on secrecy envelopes.

Maybe, maybe not, barring massive voter fraud. How do you factor that in? Trump cleaned house without that, its pretty obvious. Although landslide might not have become the outcome, but I can't blame that on Steve.

Same here. No idea. Just noticed it, its deafening, but no idea why.
