I think they have a good portion of Republicans bought and paid for. They pass an Iran deal, which includes built in promises of re-investing the money into businesses that GOP members profit from. Prediction model can be reconciled with tallies that they actually have, it could skew their skewed prediction model and smoothing could account for the net loss for Trump.
