They could have used prediction models to feed data for states with slow reporting. Only way you get a NYTimes needle is to get data fast, and updated frequently. A real NYTimes needle would be stuck with a dozen states waiting for results for days.

I think this is overblown, this is edison's data feed, nothing really legal or binding about it. Tons of reasons it could be off. I think this whole thing is a red herring. If anything, it might indicate media collusion to call states early. Vote tally's are not even binding right now.

Well, one state could lead to that precedent in fact, it would likely take only a decision on a single state if it were broad enough to rule that ballots cast in violation of states legislatures election rules are invalid.

Flies in the face of the polls showing 78% of Republicans thought election to be fraudulent.

My sentiments exactly. I lean toward a high burden of proof before believing in anything (Rudy, Gateway Pundit, you name it) I take with a grain of salt. We get no news, its either fake on our side, or fake on theirs (with very limited actual news). So I am stuck reading tea leaves. This was one of the tea leaves, terminating head of DOD. A couple scenarios, I think one of which will turn out to be true.

  1. Head of DOD said or did something Trump did not like, perhaps demanding to work with Biden transition team.
  2. Unlikely, but possible he is setting up for something, depending on what cards he has in his deck.

I dont think its cleaning house early, reason I say that is he chose someone that Senate already confirmed because he likely wanted this done quick, like really quick. New Senate confirmations would be in jeopardy because I am sure a lot of GOP senators are planning on a Biden presidency.

Has the lawsuit in Michigan been published yet? The one Rudy mentioned yesterday.

Be prepared for the case to get tossed out by the district courts, this is going to take one SCOTUS decision, could go either way. All boils down to whether ballots can be considered for legal votes when a state does not follow its own laws. Of course knowing SCOTUS, they will rule narrowly and this drags and drags

There you have it, now how many of these votes do you think will stand up to verification? Not enough for Biden RELAX, RELAX, RELAX. You have no choice, this is going to take a shit ton of time.

They dont get to verify the votes though. To bad for them.

The mailer has to be included with ballot, thats what the secure envelope is for.

He doesn't need too. They will get a chance to verify every vote.

Well, they get a ballot, runt through machine again, match it to an active voter with the correct address, match the signature, see if they voted more than once, potentially contact voter and get them to sign an affidavit that it is their vote. Now how many of these printed votes do you think survive that? If they do, they are legit votes in my book.

If you believe Biden can steal this with printed ballots, you also believe that those ballots can be verified.. tied to signature, address, registration, single vote, affidavit, etc... If they do that, I WILL ACCEPT THE COUNT. This is why PA court tossed signature match requirement (wont stand in SCOTUS).

Well, they probably cant. They can make me believe it after votes are re-counted and verified.

Ask yourself, why do you believe it?

handpeople 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yes, definitely. Was actually witness to it myself in FL in 2000.

Vote verification. Then you figure it out, do you think the Dems cheated or not?

Potentially, they could just toss the unverified ballots if that were enough. Chances are, its not so much GOP ballots thrown away, but stuffed dem ballots. Too easy to get caught if real voter submits a ballot and it never shows registers that they voted.
