Well we then get observers. We can check post marked dates, we can check voter history to see if registration is valid, current. We can interview the people who voted, get affidavits stating they sent them out on time, we can match signatures, we can see if they actually requested an absentee ballot, or if they were just sent a ballot, we can detect strange patterns like ballots with only a vote for President., see if they voted twice. There are a lot of things. Should not be hard to find.
