Not only can they receive them now, they don't even have to be postmarked, in PA, not only do they not need to be postmarked, you are not allowed to validate signatures. Trump is actually going to fight, already asking for names of ballot transporters, received one positive in last SCOTUS ruling that ballots received after election night are segregated. We need SCOTUS to decide on this and end it. They are doing this more and more, and GOP is just accepting we have to win by 55% instead of 51%. Its Bullshit.
