No. They dont need it. One thing to consider, this year, they changed youth vote to 18-29, not 18-24. So that would amount to at least a 400% increase as 25-29 much more likely to vote than 18-24

Yeah, people might say, well if you record them doing it, they will not allow evidence in court because you are not official poll watcher, blah, blah. They are probably right. BUT... If they do it, and videos exist, the court of public opinion will be so furious, it would be impossible to un-know it. Courts would be influenced. Furthermore, if it were me, and I witnessed it, I would call 911. It might not be an emergency to them, I might be admonished, but there would be a call record and its only more evidence.
